An Audit involves an objective examination of financial records and internal controls to provide the highest level of assurance and to express an opinion on the fairness of the presentation of the financial statements.   Our audit will include assessing the risk of material misstatement based on our understanding of the organization and its environment, both internal and external factors.

A Review engagement provides limited assurance on the financial statements and involves analytical procedures applied to financial data and inquiry of management. 

A compilation consists of preparing statements which present information that is the representation of management.  The accountants report will state that we have not performed an audit or review and that no assurance is being provided.
